#What is the Refer & Earn Program?
Think of Refer & Earn as an official word-of-mouth partner program for business owners. As an entrepreneur, you naturally know other shop owners, clinic managers, restaurant founders, and fellow traders in your neighborhood or business association.
When you recommend Karo Simple to a fellow business owner and they sign up and purchase a subscription plan, you earn Karo Coins. Karo Coins are our proprietary reward currency that can be redeemed for real cash rewards and platform benefits.
#How Karo Coins Work (Simple Math)
- Exchange Rate: 2 Karo Coins = ā¹1 in value.
- Example Earnings: 200 coins = ā¹100 | 600 coins = ā¹300 | 1,000 coins = ā¹500 | 1,600 coins = ā¹800.
- Redemption Threshold: You can redeem your coins as soon as your wallet balance reaches a minimum of 500 coins (ā¹250 value).

The Refer & Earn program is available to standalone business owners. If your Karo Simple account is currently managed by an external marketing agency, the Refer & Earn tab will be hidden.

One-Time Activation
You accept the affiliate agreements to generate your unique partner links.
Share Your Link or Short Code
You share your unique link via WhatsApp, email, or word of mouth with another business owner.
Business Signs Up
They open your link and register their new account on Karo Simple.
Plan Purchase
They upgrade to a paid Starter or Pro subscription plan.
15-Day Verification Period
A short holding period passes to verify payment authenticity and ensure no cancellations occur.
Coins Credited to Wallet
The reward coins are automatically deposited directly into your Karo Coin Wallet.
Redemption
Once you hold 500 or more coins, you redeem them for real cash payouts or account subscription credits.
#Step-by-Step: Activating Your Partner Program (First-Time Only)
The very first time you open the Refer & Earn page, you will not see a referral link immediately. Because this is an official commission partnership, you must formally accept 4 legal compliance policies:
Open the Refer & Earn Page
In your main dashboard navigation, click on the "Refer & Earn" menu item.
Review and Check All 4 Boxes
You must tick all 4 checkboxes: ā¢ Affiliate Agreement & Payout Policy: Explains how referral rewards are calculated and paid out. ā¢ Affiliate Terms & Conditions: Outlines the official terms of the partner arrangement. ā¢ Prohibited Activities Policy: Prohibits fraudulent behavior like self-referrals, spamming, or misleading advertising. ā¢ Affiliate Privacy Policy: Governs how your data and your referred businesses' data are protected.
Click "Agree & Activate Referral Program"
Once all 4 boxes are checked, the green activation button will light up. Click it to immediately generate your unique tracking assets.

#Sharing Your Referral Link vs Short Code
Once activated, you are provided with two ways to share Karo Simple:
- Your Referral Link (e.g. karosimple.com/r/YOURNAME): Best for sharing on WhatsApp chats, business groups, emails, or social media. When someone taps the link, our tracking cookie attaches automatically.
- Your Short Referral Code (e.g. KARO-1234): Best for in-person conversations, phone calls, or flyers. Tell your friend: "When you sign up on Karo Simple, type my code in the referral box."
Both Work the Same
Whether your friend clicks your link or enters your code manually during registration, the result is identical: you earn the exact same number of Karo Coins!
