Available on Pro and Agency plans, the Peak Scan Hours Heatmap is an interactive 7-day by 24-hour visual matrix that maps customer activity across every hour of the week:
- Rows: 7 rows representing each day of the week (Monday through Sunday).
- Columns: 24 columns representing each hour of the day (12 AM midnight to 11 PM).
- Color Intensity: Darker green cells represent your busiest peak hours with maximum scan activity. Lighter or transparent cells represent quiet hours.
Real-World Optimization Example
Your heatmap shows that Friday and Saturday between 7 PM and 9 PM contain the darkest green squares. This tells you that your weekend evening dinner crowd is your most engaged audience.
