#Managing Client Reviews Directly Through Viewport Mode

When you click the blue eye icon on any client row in the Client Businesses directory, you enter Viewport Mode. The entire interface shifts to represent that client's exact digital environment.

When you open the Reviews tool in Viewport Mode, you are not viewing your own agency's review library. You are viewing and controlling that client's live review repository. Any review you approve, delete, or generate takes effect instantly on the client's live landing page.

#What Stays Identical vs What is Different in Viewport Mode

All standard review management features from the core platform operate identically in Viewport Mode:

• Full Review Pool Controls: Inspect status badges (PENDING, APPROVED, REJECTED, POSTED, ARCHIVED), approve or reject in bulk, edit approved reviews, and import CSV spreadsheets of up to 50 reviews.
• Client AI Quota Deduction: When you trigger the AI Review Generator while inside a client's viewport, the credits are consumed from that specific client's allocated AI credit balance (set by you on Limits Allocation), not from your agency master pool directly.
• The Purple Viewport Banner: A persistent banner at the top of your screen indicates which client store you are managing. Click "Exit Viewport" at any time to return to your agency overview.
