Agency Branding & Full White-Label Mode
Configure your agency name, upload custom branding logos, and enable full white-label mode to present your own in-house review software.
#Establishing an Enterprise Agency Identity
When marketing agencies offer review management services to local businesses, perceptions of authority and sophistication are crucial. If clients log into a portal plastered with third-party software logos, they may wonder why they are paying a premium retainer.
Karo Simple Agency Settings gives you the power to completely white-label the entire platform. Your client business owners and staff see only your agency name, your custom color palette, and your corporate logo: transforming Karo Simple into your agency's proprietary technology.
#General Agency Branding Configuration
Set Your Official Agency Display Name
In the Agency Settings tab, type your agency trade name (e.g. "Digital Boost Media" or "Apex Reputation Lab"). This name replaces Karo Simple in navigation headers, footer signatures, and email alerts.
Upload Your Agency Branding Logo
Upload your agency emblem or horizontal wordmark (PNG or JPEG, under 1MB file size). Recommended dimensions are 240px wide. The platform automatically compresses and formats the logo for crisp rendering on high-DPI displays.

#The "Enable White-Labeling" Master Switch
Located directly below your logo uploader is the "Enable White-Labeling" toggle switch. When turned ON, the following transformations take effect company-wide:
- Complete Brand Removal: All traces of the Karo Simple brand name, icons, and legal watermarks are stripped from every client dashboard, staff mobile portal, and review prompt.
- Custom Header & Favicon: Your agency logo and color scheme appear at the top of every screen.
- Proprietary Software Perception: Clients believe they are logging into software your agency built in-house, significantly elevating your client retention and justified retainer rates.
Always Click Save Settings
After toggling the White-Labeling switch, you must click the green "Save Settings" button at the bottom of the page to apply the branding across all active client accounts.
