#The Shared Resource Pool Architecture

When you subscribe to an Agency plan on Karo Simple, your account is credited with a master pool of resources: a large collective balance of AI Review Credits, QR Codes, and Employee Slots. Rather than purchasing individual subscriptions for every merchant you manage, these resources belong to your agency as a whole.

Think of your agency as a central water reservoir. Each client business you manage is a dedicated valve connected to that reservoir. You decide how much volume flows to each business based on their contract tier. If a client outgrows their allocation, you can increase their flow in seconds. If a client leaves, you reclaim their allocation back into your reservoir.

#The 3 Master Pool Overview Cards

At the top of the Limits Allocation page, 3 metric cards provide live visibility into your agency balance:

  • 1. AI Review Credits Pool: Credits consumed when clients run the AI Review Generator. Displays Total Pool, Allocated, Remaining, and a live percentage progress bar.
  • 2. QR Codes Pool: Tracks how many physical review standees or counter QR codes have been distributed across all client locations.
  • 3. Employee Slots Pool: Tracks staff accounts allocated across all client businesses for individual review attribution.
Real-World Pool Distribution Example

Your Agency plan provides 500 AI Credits, 50 QR Codes, and 30 Employee Slots. You manage 5 restaurants. Restaurant A (your premier 10-table client with high staff volume) receives 150 AI Credits, 15 QR Codes, and 10 Employee Slots. The remaining 350 AI Credits and 35 QR Codes are budgeted across your other 4 smaller cafes.

#What Does "Remaining: 0" Mean?

If any pool card displays Remaining = 0, your entire agency capacity for that resource has been assigned to client businesses. No new client can be given that resource until you either:

  • • Reclaim underutilized resources from an existing client by lowering their limit, OR• Upgrade your Agency tier to expand your master resource pool.

The allocation table catalogs every client business and provides itemized visibility into resource utilization:

  • Business & City: Storefront trade name, category, and city.
  • AI Credits Allocated: The monthly quota granted to this client.
  • AI Credits Used (This Month): A dynamic mini-bar showing consumption. Green represents safe usage, yellow indicates over 75% utilized, and solid red indicates quota exhaustion.
  • QR Codes Allocated vs Total Created: Shows how many QR codes they are permitted to make vs how many are currently active.
  • Employees Allocated vs Added: Staff slots given vs staff accounts currently enrolled (with active/inactive breakdown).
  • Platforms Allocated: How many review platform destinations (Google, Zomato, Practo) they can connect.
  • Plan Expiry: Color-coded badge indicating service access end date.
