#The Central Command Center for Agency Operators

As an agency owner or marketing service provider, you manage more than just a single storefront. You oversee an expanding roster of restaurants, dental clinics, retail shops, and professional services. Each client business maintains its own isolated review library, custom QR codes, team members, and performance analytics.

The Client Businesses directory is your agency command center. Think of yourself as a premier commercial property manager: this directory is your master building ledger where every client unit is cataloged, performance is tracked in aggregate, and you hold the master key to inspect any account on demand.

#The 8 Agency Portfolio KPI Metrics

At the top of your directory, 8 summary KPI cards distributed across two distinct tiers provide a real-time health check on your entire client portfolio:

  • Row 1 (Agency Business Status):
  • • Active Businesses: Total client accounts currently active, accepting scans, and generating reviews.
  • • Deactivated Businesses: Accounts temporarily switched off (e.g. pending monthly retainer payments).
  • • Employees Added: Total staff members registered across all client businesses combined.
  • • White-Label Properties: Client businesses configured with custom branded CNAME domains.
  • Row 2 (Portfolio-Wide Customer Activity):
  • • Total QR Codes: All active QR codes printed and deployed across your client portfolio.
  • • Total Scans: Cumulative customer smartphone scans tracked across all client QR codes.
  • • AI Generated Reviews: Approved AI reviews currently loaded into client libraries.
  • • Negative Feedbacks Intercepted: Total unhappy 1 to 3 star ratings shielded from Google Maps and saved to private inboxes.
