#Managing Your Master Agency Subscription

Under the Billing & Plans menu in your primary Agency Dashboard, the Subscription page provides full governance over your master contract with Karo Simple.

This subscription represents your collective agency membership: it powers your wholesale resource pools, white-label branding controls, and multi-client management features.

#Key Metrics on the Agency Subscription Hub

  • Current Plan Tier: Displays your enrolled agency tier (e.g. Agency Pro, Agency Scale) and your current billing cycle (Monthly, Half-Yearly, or Annual).
  • Renewal & Expiry Countdown: Indicates the exact calendar renewal date and how many days remain in the active billing term.
  • Change Plan Button: Direct shortcut to upgrade plan tiers or transition to annual billing for substantial cost savings.
  • Browse Add-Ons Button: Quick link to purchase wholesale pool boosters without altering your core subscription.

#Strict Client Viewport Isolation

For enterprise confidentiality, the Agency Subscription and Billing pages are strictly isolated from client viewports:

  • Automatic Redirection: Client business owners cannot access your agency subscription or payment history. If an agency-managed user attempts to access billing, they are redirected to their business dashboard.
  • Complete Commercial Privacy: Clients never see what wholesale price your agency pays to Karo Simple. You set your own retail pricing and retainer fees independently.
