Prohibited Promotions Policy

1. Purpose

This Prohibited Promotions Policy sets out the promotional methods and conduct that are strictly prohibited for anyone participating in the Karo Simple Affiliate & Referral Program. This policy applies to both Influencer/Affiliate Partners and Business Owner referrers.

Violation of this policy is a violation of the Affiliate Partner Agreement and may result in forfeiture of pending commissions, suspension, or permanent termination from the Program, at Karo Simple's sole discretion.

Karo Simple may update this policy at any time as new promotional methods or risks emerge. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under this Program:

2.1 Self-Referral and Fraudulent Sign-Ups

• Using your own referral link to sign up or purchase for yourself, a family member, or any account you control, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of earning commission.
• Creating fake, duplicate, or fraudulent customer accounts to generate artificial referral conversions.

2.2 Spam and Unsolicited Communication

• Sending unsolicited bulk emails, SMS messages, or WhatsApp messages promoting Karo Simple using your referral link, without the recipient's consent.
• Posting your referral link repeatedly and indiscriminately across unrelated online forums, comment sections, or social media groups where such promotion is not permitted or relevant.

2.3 Misleading or False Claims

• Making false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about Karo Simple's features, pricing, guarantees, or results in your promotional content.
• Impersonating Karo Simple, claiming to be an official employee or representative of Karo Simple (unless you are), or suggesting an official partnership beyond your role as an affiliate.
• Promising rewards, discounts, or outcomes to potential customers that are not authorized or offered by Karo Simple.

2.4 Paid Advertising Restrictions

• Bidding on "Karo Simple," "karosimple.in," or any close variation or misspelling of our brand name as a keyword in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other paid search or social advertising platform.
• Creating advertisements that use Karo Simple's brand name, logo, or trademarks in a misleading way, or that could be confused with Karo Simple's own official advertising.

2.5 Technical Manipulation

• Using bots, scripts, click farms, or any automated tool to artificially inflate click counts, signups, or conversions on your referral link.
• Engaging in "cookie stuffing" or any technique designed to falsely attribute referral credit without genuine user action.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Program's tracking, commission calculation, or tier system.

2.6 Content Restrictions

• Publishing content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful in connection with your promotion of Karo Simple.
• Using content, images, or materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Karo Simple or any third party.
• Publishing fake reviews or testimonials, or incentivizing others to leave fake reviews, in connection with Karo Simple or your promotional activity.

2.7 Multi-Level and Sub-Affiliate Recruitment

Recruiting sub-affiliates or building a downline structure to earn commission on other affiliates' referrals is not permitted, unless explicitly authorized in writing by Karo Simple as part of a separate program.

3. Approved Promotional Methods

You are encouraged to promote Karo Simple through legitimate and transparent means, including but not limited to:

• Sharing your referral link and QR code with your genuine audience, network, or clients
• Creating honest content — blog posts, videos, social media posts — that accurately describes Karo Simple's features and benefits
• Word-of-mouth referrals to businesses that would genuinely benefit from Karo Simple
• Using the promotional assets (banners, QR codes) provided to you through your Affiliate Dashboard

4. Consequences of Violation

Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, Karo Simple may take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion:

• Issue a warning and request corrective action
• Withhold or reverse commission associated with the violating activity
• Suspend your affiliate account temporarily
• Permanently terminate your participation in the Program, with forfeiture of any pending (unapproved) commission or coin balance
• Pursue legal action in cases of serious fraud, defamation, or intellectual property infringement

If you become aware of another affiliate partner violating this policy, or if you believe your own referral has been affected by another partner's prohibited conduct, please report it to:

This policy may be updated periodically to address new promotional risks or platform changes. Continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
